I cannot recommend The Dried Flower Shop enough. The girls managed to pull off what I thought was the impossible and create the most gorgeous bouquets and buttonholes in two days notice after we brought our wedding forward in September. They listened to exactly what we wanted and were really helpful and reassuring. Everyone said how wonderful our flowers were and they were so reasonably priced. I will definitely use you again in the future and have recommended you to all my friends! Thank you!

Beautiful flowers and great service from the ladies at The Dried Flower Shop. We ordered a Natural and Lavender bouquet for myself and a Gypsophilia buttonhole for my now-husband for our Scottish elopement. They looked absolutely stunning on the day and managed to withstand some strong Scottish wind and snow! Admittedly, there was initially a mix up with the bouquet however this was very swiftly rectified with no fuss at all. Thank you so much! Will use you in the future for those lovely looking letterbox flowers!

My wife was going to order her bridal bouquets from The Dried Flower Shop as they initially quoted us a good price based on inspirational photos we provided to achieve certain look and feel, but we soon noticed that they were the only supplier that we were constantly chasing and had to wait up to 2 weeks for response. The final straw came when the lady we were dealing with wasn’t in and I was rudely spoken to by the manager. The manager said the reason the lady hadn’t responded was due in the mispricing she had quoted, which I might add was a mistake on their end but was made to feel like it was ours. We were re-quoted with new prices, but due to the lack of communication and unfriendly approach we were spoken to, we were not confident to go ahead with the order. It was fine to re-quote the order, within reason, but it would have been more productive if they were honest and upfront about the situation, in which case might have been solved in a more effective and timely manner. I do understand that our interactions with DFS happened a couple months ago, but only now I'm able to finish things that had to take back seat during planing of the wedding. Unfortunately I can't recommend.
