This i the most backwards agency I have ever dealt with. They withhold information from you (your own information), they don't advise one bit and they treat you like a criminal for no reason. I had a seizure (one off) nearly a year and a half ago now and I still have not received my license back. They keep making me just through hoops for them and I am not getting any further forward. This has drastically affected my career and current future job prospects.
