Adam Lloyd carried out an EPC assessment for me and I would highly recommend his services. He is very friendly and easy to deal with and gives a very high standard of customer service. He very kindly assisted at short notice and has been thorough and made great recommendations also. He offers great pricing which is fair and not as costly as some charge and yet gives a high standard of service taking time out of his personal day off to email me the EPC report after his full assessment was carried out prior, as he knew I had a deadline. If you need an EPC for your properties I would highly suggest Adam Lloyd (The EPC man) as you will I'm sure be very happy with the the fantastic service he provides.
