NO pizza, NO fish, NO ultimate burger, NO serviettes, NO ketchup, NO IDEA! Pay your suppliers and you might be able to serve some food! See photo, chicken burger was edible, apart from the burnt bun. Ten out of ten for comedy value!! Would be no stars but the lowest you can give is one. At least the girl on the till was friendly. Must try harder.

Without a doubt the worst burger (i think !!) I've ever had - getting 1 star because the glass of wine was ok - thankfully was on return journey to Belfast didn't spoil a great weekend in Liverpool

All the other reviews are true. This place is an absolute disgrace. I can't believe it was as bad as it was and the biggest rip off too. Cheapest ingredients - smart price bread, mush sausages, cheap bacon and I don't know how they cook the eggs but they weren't fried. I know it's tough at the airport (especially when burger king is shut!) but any other option has to be better. Please please.please do yourself a favour and go.elsewhere. Get a sandwich from boots or Smith's as it will be 100 times better at a fraction of the price. Queued for ages as it was understaffed badly. I could go on but I haven't the time. Utter garbage and a waste of money. Go hungry if you have to. I wish I had...

AWFUL. I would have given no stars but it's the only way to post a review so I take it back. There are no gluten free options. I ordered eggs. 1 egg arrived which cost a staggering 2.29! My husband had a stale dry bacon sandwich which cost 6.99! 2 teas were 2.95 each. We will definitely NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. I have complained to customer services Liverpool airport and await a response.

Isn't it nice to have some stereotypes confirmed every now and then? If you need confirmation that British food is absolute trash, try this place. I ordered a cheeseburger and at first I wanted to complain that there was no cheese on it, then I found it hidden under a single tomato slice. This burger was the same time the worst and most expensive burger I ever had. At least they had beer to help me forget this place. Don't go here, I warned you.

Mmm cold porridge... cold toast... one of the kitchen staff screams your order at the top her voice and you still cant hear her, so you go up to the counter every time you hear a scream. Its a nighmare. Much better (anx cheaper) available elsewhere in the airport. No wonder there was loads of seating available.

Checked in absolutely fine.. me and girls couldn't wait for a alcoholic beverage to start our holiday we have been looking forward to for months. Visited here, purchased an over priced muffin.. this was lovely however this was the only thing that was lovely. The staff member that served us was incredibly rude and her face looked as soggy as the sandwich I bought when I asked for a dash of lime in my beer. Grim customer service!

Doesn't even deserve one star but there was no option to give it none. Pathetic and vastly overpriced food. I don't blame the staff, they are probably being ripped off too. Liverpool Airport please boot these scammers out and put a Wetherspoons in instead.
