The prices are very reasonable. You can access your belongings anytime. The personnel are helpful and they have several storage units to choose from. I was very satisfied. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I have been renting from the Extra Closet for over 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the units I have rented from them. The staff has always been very nice and helpful and the units are very clean. I recently switched to a larger unit in their new building which is wonderful. The units in the building are private metal units, climate controlled and immaculately maintained. My husband and I have rented from other storage facilities and the Extra Closet units are by far the nicest we have ever used. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I read poor reviews about the lady that works at the front desk before. Well when we signed our agreement she was very nice and polite, I thought they must be wrong. NOPE. Went back today for the first time since dropping our belongings off and she was EXTREMELY rude. My husband went in to drop some stuff off as I'm 9 months pregnant and went to her desk and she said \you're at the wrong place. Are you new here?!\ Umm, yep we are. As soon as our baby is born we'll be leaving this storage unit. (I have bigger things going on in my life than dealing with her at the moment, but believe me they'll be hearing from me.) There's plenty others in the area with staff that would appreciate our business. So warning if you're looking for a storage unit she'll be nice the first visit when you're giving her the money then is totally rude after that. They should hire staff with better customer service skills. Also, take note of all the mouse droppings on the floor when you walk in.

I have 2 units because I have a lot of stuff that doesn't fit in one unit. I have stored my stuff with The Extra Closet for several years now and still do. The units are decently priced and cheaper than anywhere else. The staff is very friendly every time whether it's to go in to pay a bill, to get something out of my unit, to put something in my unit or call on the phone. I love this place, I recommend this place, and I will not ever use any other place except The Extra Closet.

I have been here for 3 years and I refuse to leave because of how friendly and amazing the service you get when you come here. They're very officiants and friendly! I have found myself stopping by just to have chat because they are so friendly and welcoming! I definitely Recommend them to anyone this has been a huge relief for me knowing i can store my stuff and not have to worry about anything! Thanks extra clset for all you do ! You guys rock!!
