Where do I begin? First off, they tried to sell me the exact SAME FRAMES I've been wearing which I was charged for. After learning (secondhand) that I could just purchase the lenses, I immediately called back asking to just order the LENSES and cancel the frames I already owned. After being given a hard time for wanting to cancel the new frames, I was told they'd refund my card the cost of the frames that I already own...Well, I saw no refund. Just to be safe, I waited 10 business days but still saw no refund. I had to walk into the office 3 weeks later where the receptionist \found the note\ to get this refund posted to my account. Now my LENSES are ready. Or so you'd think. I go to have the old lenses switched out with the new ones. Simple swap out, right? Wrong. I put my new lenses on and cannot see a thing. Turns out they \flipped\ my prescription. After verifying the lenses were, in fact, incorrect with Dr. Falk, (as if me saying 'I cant see anything' isn't convincing enough) the optician thinks maybe she put the lenses in wrong.... After fidgeting with the new lenses for 15 minutes, the left lens wouldn't even stay in the frame. After another 15 minutes of consulting between the optometrist, Dr. Falk and the receptionist, I was handed my glasses with my original scratched up, old lenses back in them. What's more, the optician had put my OLD lenses back into my frames backwards...again...another 10 minutes later, we're back to square 1. No luck. No real resolution. Just a: \We'll text you when the lenses are ready.\ Let's hope next week or the week after I'll have a better solution but as for right now, I'd LOOK elsewhere for an eye care solution.

My experience here was nothing short of great. I called because my previous eye doctor closed. I had heard good things from friends, so I thought I’d give it a try. I am so happy I decided to come. Dr. Amy and her staff made me feel like I’ve known them for years. Great care and nice people.

Fabulous doctor! Dr. Amy Falk is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, kind, calm, takes the time to answer questions, and is very accommodating. Also, the office is kept VERY clean. Highly recommended all around.

Dr. Amy Falk was highly recommended to me by a family member. I am happy to say that Dr. Amy is excellent! She has been patient and determined from the very beginning. My eyes are fairly complex to work with and she has been able to get my vision to the best I have ever had. I am impressed with the time, energy and knowledge Dr. Amy puts into her practice. Anyone who doesn't have the best vision will understand what a difference being able to see well can do for your daily life. Roland the Optician is fantastic! He helps you choose options for your frames and lenses as well as customizes the fit of your new glasses for your personal needs. The whole office staff is welcoming and customer service oriented.
