Had my eye test the optician explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. I felt the optician really cared about helping me with my vision. The staff was really friendly. Not only was the service expert and fast but they take time to educate you about everything professionally. The quality of the glasses were AMAZING. I definitely recommend this optician it’s the best in Sparkhill.

I can’t commend this practice enough for the excellent service I recieved there. The optician who tested my eyes was very PROFFESSIONAL cared about my vision actually listened to me and sorted my eye problem out, wasn’t rushed. Clean and modern practice with a really good selection of frames. I was also offered contact lenses as change from glasses. Staff there know what they are doing. Thank you Eye studio

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star honestly, please stay away from this company. Poor customer service and they take advantage of vulnerable people within the sparkhill area particularly the elderly (who only attend due to locality as they do not want to travel far). With their overly priced frames, they have attempted to pressurise multiple individuals into buying 300 frames! As well as products which specsavers provide for free such as eye drops and frames. Absolutely disgusting to see, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL REPUTABLE COMPANY I.e. specsavers, Vision express etc. On top of that their appointments take such a long time on purpose, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Would never recommend to anyone. (Don’t bother replying, I just want everyone to be aware of this and steer clear of your service, im not interested in anyone trying to justify or contact me in regards to this or even pretend like this isn’t true)

The Eye Studio optician is a place where you will find the best quality service, where other opticians may not provide you with. I know this from previously, as I have participated in a 2 weeks work experience placement which was one of the best work experience I’ve done. I learnt many different aspects of what optics involves which was very interesting. Additionally the staff at the eye studio have the most positive, joyful and unique characters, which appeared as a bonus which is why I decided to do work experience as the eye studio. The staff there provide you with high quality service which will make you want to go there again
