Had 2 wood burning stoves fitted and we were thrilled with both. Totally transformed the room. They also capped off another fire place and tiled it for us. Highly recommended.

What a ramshackle crew. Booked installation for 21st August. Rang them 18th... he wasn't sure it was going ahead. 19th he told me didn't have a fitter. Rescheduled for 4th september. Rang up today to check.... he thinks he put it in the diary for Monday, l can they do monday instead and he'll \do me a deal\. I worked an 11 hour day today to make sure I had time off friday. Rearranged furniture, and had the gas fire removed to save them a job. Totally disorganised. Buyer beware!!!

Had a multi fuel stove fitted end of January. Great customer service and they went beyond to keep us happy when the fitting date had to change. They kept me informed and the fitting of the fire went better than expected. It looks great and hasn't been out since lit. Have already recommended them to others.
