Marcus Rhee took the time to explain everything in detail, there were no hidden fees, no pressure into signing a contract...Upon joining, Ann Olsen did my fitness consultation and provided me with great advice and was very knowledgeable. Gym is never packed, always able to find enough equipment to work out. Gym is kept very clean at all times.

There are two things that I think are really great about this gym and both are associated with operations/management. The first is that the manager is extremely responsive when you send an email about something you'd like changed/fixed. They are very responsive and have done taken immediate action on everything I've mentioned. The second is that its very clean and organized. The machines, weights, floors, locker rooms, etc are kept very clean. The weights are always racked and organized. Its just generally clean and organized. I would like to see some more weights and machines. There is plenty of room for it. But I understand the challenges business have today so give a pass on that. There is enough to meet the needs of most people.
TFE is the best gym is the South Riding area. Its clean, equipment is well maintained and the people that work their are friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone that deciding to be a member it's well worth the price and your health is priceless period!!
This place is amazing. The staff are the most friendly and committed to the customers I’ve ever known. Huge place, super clean, and it offers a vast range of gym equipment for all type of gym sessions. They also have all kind of group classes (Step class is the best). I highly recommend this place. You guys rock!
Very professional! 40 min and you get some great #’s to be able to compare and see how the work you are putting in is making you healthier. Bonnie was excellent!
