I have loved living at The Flats. Great employees! Maintenance gets here very quick if there is ever an issue. Great location to get food very close. Best apartment I have lived in!

I am very happy with my choice to live at The Flats! Everyone is very welcoming and the staff members here make sure you're satisfied with your living situation. There are many opportunities for rent deals, as well as giveaways, and occasional breakfast/lunch events! I would recommend looking into The Flats for a great experience!!

I love living at the flats! It is my second year living here in a row and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Signing up for a lease was a quick and painless process which made the move in much smoother!

The community is great! The whole process of moving in was so easy and the workers are very nice! Any questions I had were answered which helped a lot. There’s so many restaurants and fast food right by the apartments too which I liked. The amenities that come with the apartment are super nice as well and will use all of them. Definitely would recommend living at The Flats!!
