hi everyone do not book any flights with this agent website you will get scammed and what you see all good reviews they all fake so please everyone do not give this jim guy any business. book direct with airline that you want to fly with. i lost my 980 with this agent jim in this pandemic. im going to complaint to the gov.co.uk and air india.co.in please if you lost your money with agent complaint direct.

Proposition Will

Service you can distrust and honesty is not their policy! During COVID-19 we have all had to make adjustments and our expectations have been moved. Flight Guru has taken full advantage and blamed everyone but themselves. Failed on numerous occasions to take responsibility and bring this sorry saga to an end. I thought using Flight Guru would be the answer to all our group booking problems with flights. This has not been the case 6 months on from our cancellation we have little to no communication, even allowing this so called company more time to obtain our refund, we are still waiting. Due to posting my review and others in our parties reviews we have had communication. They have informed us that unless we take our reviews down they will not start the process of getting half our money back, with the rest due to follow in two weeks. We do have this on a recorded call and also in a form of an email reinforcing that our money will be held unless our posts have been taken down. Due to the response we gave them a deadline to readdress the issue with someone higher in the company and that has sadly past. So called CUSTOMER SERVICES holding our money to ransom is a form of blackmail! If we booked direct with the airlines we would of had our refund months ago.. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU LIKE POOR SERVICE FLIGHT GURU IS THE COMPANY TO CHOOSE. Take my advise do not book with this company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They will take your money... Antony and Daisy dealt with our case and are terrible individuals... they will not help resolve things or give a refund and are offensive!!!! They are crooks. It is all over social media that this is happening to so many people. READ THE REVIEWS. They take your money to keep their company afloat knowing you will not be able to fly. We're being refused a refund and other people are saying it's being over 100 days and they haven't recieved a refund either. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

Please avoid using this company, massively unprofessional, have no care for customers and like to hold on to hard earned money that is not theirs! They only like getting positive reviews but after the experience we have had I can only see negatives and then when the truth hits they throw their toys out the pram. Withholding money for flights cancelled 6 months ago is not how you treat people and in times like these I would've thought retaining an excellent level of service was paramount but sadly I will never use this company based on their actions and strongly recommend others don't either, absolutely disgusting behaviour as you can see from the other reviews recently added.
