I would of given a 5 star and have the past 2 years but here it is 4pm and no one is answering the phone there. I went with my last adjuster and I trusted him to give me the best insurance for my needs. I kept the one I had from last year thinking no changes since he DIDNT tell me any different. My co pay for a specialist is now a 100.(last year it was 10)- I can't afford this. My deductible is now 6000. WTH!??! Shawn DID NOT tell me of these changes. Very very upset with this office!
