Just taken delivery of my new chair pad, what a difference now sitting in chair cushion, not on floor. A perfect fit many thanks. 2nd photo is what was in cushion O must admit that the chair was not from dfs but jd Williams!
A joke. Terrible customer service experience. I won't be using them ever again. Confirmed main order on 18 May. Jul 7th told it would be with me next week. Jul 23rd after chasing still no news. ..many useless emails and phone calls later.. Aug 6th i receive an email that looks like it was meant to be internal. it says ‘this order is still with Yvonne to be made. I think we may have to action this fairly soon’ Aug 28th requested courier details and still ignored. Finally Despatched 3rd September. nearly 4 months after ordering having been given a lead time of 5 weeks initially. what a joke. They used the pandemic as an excuse however they had given themselves a generous lead time already taking into account delays. I gave them more time than they asked for before chasing and they kept telling me it would happen next week (for months). Very frustrating and ruined my plans. Quite useless on the phone and just kept making bad excuses, saying they would fix it but wouldn't follow up. I had to keep getting in touch. At one point they started blaming each other for sending me incorrect lead times but never actually telling me when it would arrive. I also ordered samples. samples didn’t turn up. they resent them. didn’t turn up. emailed again and they didn’t respond. no issue with other post and deliveries at the time.
I oredered before reading reviews and afterwards I read them. Concerned I contacted the foam shop and have had nothing but superb service. Order arrived as per lead time and product is exactly what I ordered. I had a response from M.Harris and another Mark and both were prompt and courteous. Don’t believe everything negative you read. Easier to post negative than positive. Will be ordering again in future. Delighted!
