This is a beautiful and well kept place. The staff is wonderful. Excellent customer satisfaction. Would recommend this place highly even in this pandemic. The food was great. Again the upper staff and really the whole staff very knowledge and listened and compassionate regarding my needs and parents needs. Trust them and again recommend them

Our family has been using The Fountains since 2009 when my in-laws moved in. In 2012, we moved my father into Assisted Living. My father recently passed away at the age of 88. My in- laws passed away in 2016 and 2018 at the age of 100 each. People make a facility. 99% of the staff was fully vested in our parents' care right down to the wonderful employees who did the laundry. While it would be great if the rooms were handicap accessible and things were more updated, it is the staff that makes a facility such as this. Over the years, so many wonderful relationships were formed and I always felt if there was a problem, we were encouraged and welcomed to collaborate on a solution that was beneficial for our parents. No one plans for this phase of your life. Neither of our parents planned on ever needing assisted living or memory care. But, it happens. We toured other facilities before deciding on The Fountains and we do not regret those decisions. Everyone's experience will be different because expectations are different. Our expectations were met and exceeded during our time. We are grateful.

At 93 years old, my mom was not safe to live alone in her home anymore. We chose to move her to the Fountains of Crystal Lake where she lived for over 3 years. As a nurse myself, I worked in several long term care facilities and I would highly recommend the Fountains of Crystal Lake. The environment is cheery, clean and I never noticed any odors. The entire staff was very friendly, caring and attentive to mom's needs. I loved that every resident was given a medical alert pendant to call for help whenever they needed it. Several activities were available daily both on and off campus. The meals were served restaurant style with choice of entree and the food was very good. With the threat of Covid-19 the staff were heroes. They stayed. They stayed to do their jobs and they did their best to keep the residents safe from the virus.

The Fountains has been offering a wonderful place for seniors to live for many years. The staff is kind, compassionate and dedicated. They are truly angels, being family for many seniors during these difficult times. I would recommend this community to any senior looking for a truly family living experience.

I worked closely with Claudia and Paula at the Fountains. They were a tremendous help and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them and The Fountains for caring for your loved one. They truly care about their residents and work hard to make sure you are taken care of.
