I used to live at Summerland Heights I and wanted to move back however, I was appalled by the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! my boyfriend went first to ask for availability and was not welcomed at all, he spoke to a man at the office that was wearing air pods and a hat and did not even bother to make eye contact while he was speaking, he continued to walk around the leasing office while my boyfriend asked ONLY 2 questions. He then gave him an application and told him to bring a 32 application fee, without even giving him information about the apartment. We then went together and again he did not make any type of eye contact and did not even tell us to seat, he started putting the application into his system and we were just standing in front of the chairs (we then decided to seat by ourselves). He then proceeded to tell us that he was overqualified for the apartment and we asked what the reason was…and he proceeded to raise his voice and said “can't you read on here” ………. while pointing at the info sheet. Then when I tried to ask something else, he cut me off and said “It’s the rules man “. The whole time we were at the leasing office he was speaking on the phone (through his air pods). Thinking that I was going to give my hard-earned money to this company is honestly crazy. I tried to get his name and he refused, he was not wearing a name tag and I could not locate any business card. He sits on the left desk on the left side of the office. This man needs to be fired/written up or something, he looks like he does not want to work there, or he does not like speaking to people or whatever his deal was its so disrespectful. We really liked the idea of living there because it would be so close to our jobs, however we decided to go to another community that was 1,000% more welcome to us when we walked into the leasing office. I hope the people that read this saves their time by not visiting this community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My review on Google went nowhere, I responded via email as requested by your company and asked that someone call me about my issues here at Mayfair. That was over a month ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. Once again, the management is not enforcing the trash rules that they set forth. I'm tired of looking at dirty diapers and trash bags sitting on the deck for days. No wonder there is a vermin problem here
Crescent Place staff lied to me about an apartment I should have been moving into, I had an emergency meeting at work and had to move the meeting with crescent place to another day. Instead of understanding, they gave the apartment to someone else, now I have nowhere to go. They all need to be fired. They give this company a bad reputation.
I live in the new 200 West community. I renewed my lease in August and have just now received a notice that my rent is being raised 87 per month in April. WHY is my rent being raised 12%, when the industry standard is 3%. These apartments are also LOW INCOME. WHY would you charge a low income tenant 4 times the industry average?? Yes, I can move out, but I moved here for a reason, low income. I never thought I would be charged the largest rent increase that I've ever experienced anywhere in this city in 12 years of renting. I need a name and number for someone who can explain this to me. It's got to be a MISTAKE.
They kicked me out of my apartment when I was disabled I don't think they are good and they didn't care to have a good manager I let God help things wrong
I applied for an apartment with Crecent Place the staff was completely professional they took care of all my needs they handled everything in a quick and professional manner.
I went Into Crescent Place to fill out an application. At first I didn’t think she would be open to me doing it given it was an hour before closing but Ms. Shante Artis let me come right in. The process was so easy they helped me along the way I definitely appreciate crescent place and the staff for taking such a huge weight off my shoulders quick fast approval I can’t wait till move in day!
Shantel Artis has been very helpful. She worked hard to get me in my apartment. When she say she would contact you and keep you updated. She do. Shantel Artis is a wonderful Manager.
