Attorney Fulcher is one of the best with wrongful auto accidents. A young driver ran a stop sign and caused my vehicle to strike his vehicle while headed to work one morning. The insurance company wanted to provide some level of responsibility to me since my vehicle struck his (even though the other driver caused the accident.) This was no fault of mine. The other driver was ticketed. Attorney Fulcher fought my case, cleared my name and won my case. I received a nice compensation package for my injuries following my care plan. Darren Fulcher DID NOT Do a good job handling my case. Secretary's kept quitting, and it took a whole year to get a BS settlement! He had been supposedly fighting Marvins Chiropractor and still holding some of my money. Then about a month later I called to see if he settled and got them to take less money & he can give me the remainder, he tells me that he just gave them all of it! I didn't receive a phone call to inform me about any of this! I kind of think he kept the change if you ask me! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!
