We returned home the evening of Christmas Day and discovered we had no heat. Called them to see if they could take a look and they were very responsive, someone came over in less than an hour and made the necessary repair. Everything was thoroughly explained to us. I would highly recommend. Quick response on a holiday says a lot about their customer service!

My furnace was not working and it was winter. The Furnace Guy fixed it and heat was on. Lasted about 3 hours. Charged me 85. I called about it not working. He didn’t care. Nor did I get a refund. I will never use that company again.

We had an issue with our geothermal heating and cooling which was affecting my well's performance. The tech diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and now our well issues have gone away and our geothermal is now performing how it is supposed to operate. This fix will save us thousands in electricity bills and prolong the life of our well. They showed up each time within 5 minutes of the service window given by the scheduler. Highly recommend!
