The new post office in WHS is an absolute nightmare. Only one counter open (or two maximum if you are lucky) and a manager who is \supervising\. One poor guy running like a headless chicken looking after 8 self-service systems..Long queues most of the time. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE.

Update 3 April 2020 -- the post office in the Galleries is closed temporarily, because all shops in there are closed. No date yet when it'll re-open, likely when lockdown is lifted
