The rooms were not clean and they were not maintained properly. Wifi is also not available for non AC rooms. The hotel is in the centre of Mysore and everything is close which is the main reason I booked the hotel. Hope they maintain the rooms cleanly

The luxury ac room is not as spacious per its name. The bedsheet was torn and the cot plywood was cracked underneath and so it was diificult to sleep. The staff is courteous and there's no complaint on them. One suggestion to them is to find another restaurant tie-up because the current purple restaurant food isn't tasty ( from personal experience both in restaurant and via room service)
The hotel is located right behind the KSRTC BUS STAND which makes it easily accessible. The room is good enough for two people. Although a little on the expensive side, it's a good option over the other lodges available there.
First thing was Wow feeling! Quite close to the bus stand, well maintained, neat and clean. Actually stayed many times. Staff cooperated for my sudden extended stay. Not very superstitious, but need to mention that all my projects were successful during my stay in this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay there.
The room booked was well maintained. The hotel did not have a kitchen, but they were arranged for tea/ coffee on time. The staff and front desk were very courteous. Will visit again

Pros - prime location, good staff, room service available, car parking available for 3 to 4 cars Cons - 1. we booked family suite through booking.com but once we reached there, hotel informed that the family suite was already given to another customer, so check with them prior and make sure your booked room is available. 2. The bathroom ventilation is directed to the room itself. 3. Breakfast option can be included.
Very good budget hotel in heart of the city.. major site seeing places are at walkable distance. Staff is very decent & cooperative. Message to hotel management, maintain the hotel as it is now..
