I purchased a grand piano with this company back when I lived in Phoenix from a friend's recommendation 5 years ago. We sold our piano in the move 2 years ago. Just 3 months ago we moved to Santa Fe. After searching for a piano around here, I soon figured out I could get the best value from The Grand Piano Store, even with the cost of shipping to Santa Fe. I trusted the employee Josh enough to be honest with me and to tell me about the sound and condition of the piano. I bought it without ever seeing or hearing it in person. A week later I had it delivered and I am so happy with it. I'm happy with the piano and I'm happy with the whole experience. My grand is a beautiful addition to my home and my whole family is happy to have it.

I stopped by the new store yesterday and it's beautiful! I'm not in the market now but the show room is so nice and they have such amazing pianos I couldn't help myself. The prices seem to be so competitive I felt like even I could afford the one I had my eye on. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales guys as well. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and spent as much time as I liked even though they knew I wasn't going to buy right then. They have my business when I do, that's for sure!
