I give this practice 3 stars. In my opinion Dr Hudson is the best. A doctor and reception are difficult but thankfully The norm is like plucking teeth with pliers. Expect nothing and whatever you get can feel a bonus. Remember always, they are a essentially a business and you are just a vehicle to earn them a handsome dividend. Be careful what you say because they house clean and can remove you if you challenge the status Quo. The business could do better. Much better only my opinion.

Waste of time. Don't even bother with this practice. I chose to register with these practice as it had the some of the best reviews from the practices in my area. When I went to give them the registration forms, the receptionist simply said to her colleagues 'We have another one! How many new ones are we talking?', I felt so embarrassed as they were talking about me as if I wasn't even there. Then when she saw my postcode she said ' We might drop your postcode so you should maybe look for another one soon'. She was so rude and looked somehow annoyed with me during the whole registration. She then made me an appointment with the nurse in 2 weeks time. But when I came back for the appointment I was told by a different receptionist that it was a call appointment and the nurse would give me a call. So thanks for not telling me that from the beginning and making me waste my time in coming all the way to the practice for nothing! She also added that ' the nurses are going in a meeting now and should be done by 1:30PM ( my appointment was for 1:00PM ) so they will call you then' ...! However, I never received any call from any nurse at all all day. And I couldn't be bothered calling them back. Before you treat patients like this, remember that we pay your wages with our tax money. I'm not looking for 5 star service, only for a decent and respectful service. But unfortunately you're not capable of that.

The doctors there are very professional and I always felt supported whenever I had an appointment. In particular, Dr Pambos and Dr Varatharaj are a credit to this practice

Good old fashioned practice. Great doctors and friendly staff! Never had an issue getting an urgent appointment. Plus you can book appointments and see test results online if you wish.
