This law firm handled closing for a property that I just bought. Closing was scheduled for 1:30 pm. The morning of closing I was contacted that closing was going to be changed to 3 days later at 4 pm. I was a little perturbed but okay with it because I am a physician so it was better for me. Less than 2 hours after the decision was made to change the date of closing (and after I had made arrangements at the hospital) I received a message saying, no the closing was still going to be carried on that day but at 2:30 pm now instead of 3 days later. Because I had made other arrangements for coverage I could no longer accommodate the last minute change. I ended up having to pay a mobile notary to come to me so I could print the closing documents (myself). The icing on the cake was when my realtor showed up to closing on my behalf to get the keys to my property and was told that she couldn't get them since I was not a closing. Apparently, it was MY fault (yes, their words) that closing had not gone as it usually does. As a result of this, the lawyer held the house keys and went back to her office 45 MINUTES AWAY in Suwanee where I had to rush after my last patient. I understand stuff happens but the disorganization was appalling. This is not the first property I've purchased and I've NEVER experienced anything like this. With this said... if they are disorganized like this about a schedule then blame someone else for their mishaps with lack of respect for another professional, I can only imagine how the rest of their work ethics and business practices are.

I absolutely love this place! My goal was to start the 2020 year in my new home and These people came in on December 31 to close my home, when they were supposed to be closed! Oh I love this business and would highly recommend!
