Wow! Unreliable! They came out to see my pellet stove (tall guy with ponytail - think he's the owner). He diagnosed the issues, then said he would be back to me with a quote. One week - called them, its coming. Second week, called them - we'll get it to you. Third week - Oh, the owner was on vacation - he'll get you the quote when he gets back. If I can't trust your work ethic, I can't trust your work. How is this place still in business?

I wish I had known before entering this store that they gave zero f*% about legally mandated public health policy in the midst of a pandemic. Not a mask in sight, or even a plexiglass barrier to separate the mask-less employees from the public. You should replace the tiny mask mandate sign on the door with something that more accurately describes your stance on this issue (since clearly you have one). I would have been much happier to wait the extra four days for online delivery from Amazon had I known picking up a pellet stove fuse replacement was going to cause me an anxiety attack.

Stopped by to look at fireplace doors, was told they would get information and call us the next day, three weeks later no call...will not be recommending Heritage Lodge to anyone....Hope others have better luck!!!!! the salesman had little knowledge...

They came on time... But... Cost me more for them to come and they didnt clean the glass or the stove.... They simply vaccuumed it out. I wont use their services again.
