From our initial consultation, with the very helpful Jill and Theo, our experience of this company has been second to none. They gave us sound, honest advice taking into consideration our needs in terms of actual usage of the swim spa together with our budget. We opted to sink our spa completely and we discovered early on that this was one of the few companies to undertake the entire project from start to finish. Their team were reliable and punctual and the entire project was completed, as promised, within a 2 week window. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a swim spa. Thanks again to all the team.

Great Service start to finish. Great Purchase wish i'd treated myself to it sooner!! Daryl was so helpful in the showroom, really took the time to explain the differences between each make and model. Very quick and efficient arranging the site survey and ground works. Lee the engineer on the day of install was very polite and explained the Spa functions and maintenance really well. Highly recommend this Company.
Noticed one of their sign written vehicles, looks great. The driver gave me a smile. Made my day.
The Hot Tub and Spa company customer service is second to none. From the moment we paid the deposit , through to installation. Technicians Tom and Lee are superb at putting ones mind to rest , and are happy to answer any questions despite how daft you may think they are. I can't thank Theo, Gill, Daryl and Christina enough for helping us out and assisting us every step of the way. The swim spa is fantastic. Two words to sum up this team Patience and Professional.
