Terry, my sales rep was terrific! He called me back right away- even on weekends! He helped me understand my new tub, from set up, understanding the chemicals, jets and even got a sound and light add on! Truly impressed with the customer service.

Best thing I did before shelter in place was buy a hot tub from this place. I absolutely love my tub. Terry and the whole staff are super helpful. If I have any questions they make themselves readily available, which is greatly appreciated and rare these days! Highly recommend this place.
