Chuck was there on time and very descriptive with what he did. He was respectful and followed up with me immediately even when I was not able to be at my house. He told me how it was and what would be suitable for the hot tub. He is a great technician.

I have a very old Hot Springs Spa (purchased in 1999) still works great, occasionally need parts/service, they are always responsive and take care of my needs.
Staff at Hot Tub Store are very helpful and responsive. I appreciate all the help to get my Hotsprings system up and running. I learned a lot I didn’t know about maintaining the water. Life and health upgrade!
After several weeks and a terrible experience trying to order a part online for our Caldera Spa, I finally went to the Caldera website which recommended us to the Hot Tub Store West Sacramento. The experiences were like night and day. I ordered a part online from another dealer only to have my account charge immediately with absolutely no shipping date, expected arrival, tracking info - nothing. I couldn't get hold of a real person. I finally canceled the payment through my bank. Then I called the Hot Tub Store, left a message about the part I needed and got a call back within a few hours. I ordered the part that day and received it a few days later. They were friendly, efficient and fast! Thank you!
We recently moved into new home with Hot Springs Grandee hot tub and had limited knowledge related to the use and maintenance by former owners and noticed the spa was in major need of cleaning and someone to check to make sure everything is working correctly, i.e. heaters, pumps etc Called on The Hot Tub Store for valet assistance and we were contacted by Paul in service department who set up date/time for technician Chuck to come evaluate and clean entire hot tub as well as educate us on everything. Great service from beginning to yet to be determined end as we need a new tub cover and lift with the help/guidance of Paul and his staff.
