I took this CNA class in the summer of 2019. This past summer of 2020 my grandparents were diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I was able to teach my family how to care for my grandparents and preserve their dignity in the final chapter of their lives. This would had not been possible without the knowledge I gained from The IC. I am forever grateful - THANK YOU!

If you're looking to get your CNA this is an awesome program, that i highly recommend! It is very fast pace but Sheila the day instructor is amazing! She was always willing to help us if we were stuck or unsure on something. They also offer a day long CPR class.

This class was an amazing experience. Not only did Nicki teach us so much, she made the class very enjoyable as well. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking into a nursing career. Nicki cares about her students and showed us how to genuinely care for residents we treat. I have two job interviews lined up at the moment and I could not be more excited to start a future, this is all because of this class.

So glad I chose this school for my CNA license. Dr. Nicki is so fun and she only wants the best for all of us. She is always willing to answer your questions and she's just all around a great teacher. They also offer a first aid class and a CPR class. If you're looking for a place to take your CNA course, go here. You won't regret it.

If you're looking for a CNA school, look no further! Dr. Nicki does everything to ensure all her students pass boards the first time and are ready to be the best CNAs they can be. It's a positive and friendly environment that utilizes teamwork and class resources to learn the curriculum and skills. They also offer CPR and First Aid classes which is convenient for a future CNA to get all their certifications at the same place around the same time. This class teaches real life skills in addition to the curriculum and skills needed to create a well rounded CNA. I can't imagine having gone to a different school!

The Independence Center was an incredible experience! Nurse Nicki, our teacher was amazing! Her passion for people shines as she teaches in detail the subject of caring for residence and patients. She REALLY wants to see every one of her students go on to accomplish their dreams in CNA work and Nursing. She takes each one "under her wing". I am so thankful for this class and felt like we all became like family as we learned together! I took a CNA class 10 years ago at Pikes Peak Community College and comparatively .... this class was taught in so much more detail! So informative! Thank you Nicki!!!!️
