I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Sadly the nurses aren’t professional at all. I just found out they are both a couple which is not good because they get to cover each other for the mistakes they both make. When i called couple weeks ago to ask questions about my mother the nurse gave me such a bad attitude and quick responses. The next day i called since my questions weren’t answered and she raised her voice at me with quick responses agin. After one week went by i decided to call agin to see how my mother was doing, this time it was the other nurse, i talked to him about the situation that happen with the other nurse and he tried covering for her and apologized for her because of course they are a married couple which i didn’t know until one of my good friends told me about it because she has her parents there too. Another thing that bothers me a lot is the staff in evening shift they seem not to do they’re job well enough they need more training or need new employees. My other concern is I DO NOT like the DNS Patty, I talked to her once to let her know about the nurses and she was also covering both and told me that i call them a lot when they are pretty busy through out the day. I’m to the point where I’m going to have to move my mom out.

Sadly, the management here continues to go downhill and the care the residents receive is following. With staff changing as fast as the weather, it's hard to keep up with who can make the changes needed to care for the vulnerable residents that rely on them. And pay their wages! It's been years since an activity director actually effectively kept the residents doing the activities. The bar just keeps getting lowered, and is sadly still not met. There's lots of staff, every time I've been there, they just behave like Home Depot employees and are either standing around, or actively avoiding assisting residents. It's a pretty pathetic place.

I have taken a few people here and so far the experience has been nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and is very clean. Location is not horrible, but I personally Love any place that is near the water. I feel they do a good job when it comes to older folks, taking care of them, and making sure they're comfortable. The food smells pretty good there, and there always seems to be some type of activity to do. From what I can tell, it is a very nice place and I would definitely recommend for a rehab.
