Dr Hess was wonderful! He revised lip and tongue ties on our 5 week old daughter. The procedure went well with no complications. Both Dr Hess and his staff were helpful, calm, and sympathetic. They took time to ensure we understood the procedure and necessary follow up and ensured all questions were thoroughly answered. We are looking forward to seeing Dr Hess as our regular pediatric dentist once our daughter's teeth come in!

Dr Hess is very knowledgeable and caring. He has really positively impacted my daughters teeth and her smile. He was referred to me because another “kids” dentist couldn’t get my 3 year old to open her mouth. He was gentle but firm and completely changed her view point. She is now 14 and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hess, his office, and his staff. Dr. Hess is incredibly knowledgeable and will take his time explaining everything to you. His attitude towards dentistry is that of an artist, and you know you’re in good hands when you’re seeing him. He’s a really good man. He is not caught up in his perception of dentistry, it changes with the times, and he is always using the latest technology for your teeth. He always does what’s best for the patient in a holistic manner. I wouldn’t want to go see any other dentist!

Dr. Hess performed a tongue and lip tie repair for my 4 week old. After a few weeks was no more painful breastfeeding. We had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Hess. Don't struggle with hard breastfeeding! The sooner you take care of a tongue or lip tie your child has less opportunity to develop bad latching habits that are harder to correct.
