I utilized Mr Michael Miller’s services for both divorce and child custody following my divorce. I have to say this was the only time I truly didn’t mind writing checks for legal counsel in my entire life Michael was extremely versed with divorce and custody laws and knows all the players in the courts. He has great knowledge weighing all the possibilities and prepares you for all possible outcomes I’ve never felt more comfortable in dealing with Michael Miller representing me as my attorney in both matters I dealt with many attorneys my entire life primarily in my business’ and the outcomes usually were never what they lead you to believe. Michael is “matter of fact” always precise and to the point taking everything in to account I had a “Pre Nuptial agreement and one would think they’re a slam dunk and over with. That’s never the case when dealing with assets and children. Although the protection is set for both parties in an agreement you just never know what the opposing team may attempt to do. Case law can change over the years which sometimes can effect what either party may do Michael was always well prepared for court and was ready for anything opposing counsel would attempt. I found him very likable, but probably because he was one of the best legal counsel I’ve ever had There’s a saying “expect the worst and hope for the best “ One must remember in any legal matter you’re only as good as your legal counsel and in this matter I was “Outstanding “ Mr Miller was outstanding in my representation. I would “Highly Recommend” him.
