Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Recently bought a kayak here. Happy to let you take your time with demo boats (small deposit - refunded if you buy a boat). No pressure tactics - just seem really genuine. Also very competitive on price. I found them cheaper than other kayak retailers. Thank you. Would strongly recommend

Poor custom service, very rude and condescending. It is not made clear on the website that they do not hire in winter to ovices\ despite holding an instructors qualification. We have hired from them in the past with no issues however this time they decided to insult my friends looks and the way he dresses.
