Good gym with decent equipments. Owner Uttam is very helpful. Timings are from 6AM to 9PM. There are 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and 1 spinner for cardio. For weight training, it has Bench, Smith machine, barbells(regular and Zigzag), plates and dumbells, Fly machine, Lat pull down machine, Two sides Pulley machine, Leg press machine and Leg extension machine. It is quite well lit and has a water filter and washroom too. There is a changing room available as well.
