This surgery has a track record of rude receptionists and staff. Nothing has changed over the years. Chances of getting an appointment are slim. Hold time is absurd. They call back normally from a withheld number, which my phone rejects for security reasons. When you do get through, the person on the other end of the phone is normally blunt and seems to be in a rush every time. Do better.

Awful surgery, awful system, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional drs, the lot. They lack empathy and expertise at prescribing and diagnosing. I wish I could give them zero stars as they are completely useless and should be ashamed at the poor practice. Do not touch either a barge pole!

Give up on limes, due a Diabetic review, Have to obtain Blood test form, trying like most people i know phoning. at various times, all i get is \Our operators are busy hang up and try again\ This is in its Third week, so i give up. Flu jabs worse, now given up trying, and booked with Boots. Limes you are so so bad.

Phoned this morning , spoke to a doctor and appointment made in afternoon. Have found the doctors and staff to be extremely helpful and courteous, have never had any problems with the Limes.

Good luck trying to get an appointment at this surgery, they've effectively shut up shop. Even after the relaxation of government controls on movement due to covid-19, doctors (if you're lucky enough to get an appointment with an actual doctor) will only conduct telephone / video call appointments. Why is it that you can go to your local pub to buy a pint, but you can't get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor to discuss a genuine medical concern? It's an absolute scandal, and there's nothing you can do about it. The other practices in the area are over-subscribed and are no longer taking on new patients. Also, good luck trying to get past the gatekeepers, otherwise known as receptionists who will ask you about the nature of your concern to ascertain whether you are actually worthy of a doctor's time. It's an absolute disgrace. I've awarded one star because you can't award zero.
