This surgery I have used in over 18 years but have noticed a major improvement lately. The staff are more welcoming, service much more professional, and there is a good feeling of being treated more like a valued customer. The Dr IQ initiative has meant that I do not need to take time off work to attend the surgery for what could be routinely resolved via the App and telephone calls ( very responsive and usually within few hours.

I've been using the surgery for the past 4.5 years. It's really improved over the past year since being taken over by a new group. The app makes prescription renewals simple and fast, and also means you can get a quick response to health queries without needing to book an appointment with a GP. I would definitely recommend the surgery.
