TLC is a fantastic garage. In fact, its the best garage I have used in 40 years of using garages. It's No 1 in Norfolk according to the Honest John site and I go along with that. Where to start with their attributes? Well, the highest levels of technical expertise (Darren and Dan are master technicians) with an ability to work on prestige and less complex cars. Very good pricing, absolute honesty and integrity, they are car enthusiasts but also able to help customers out who have no knowledge of cars. I have three cars they work on , and I have been with them for four years, and I absolutely trust them to to do complex and simpler work to the very highest standards. When I have had a problem they have always gone the extra mile to help me out. It's also fun talking cars with them as they know the car business backwards!

Second to none. The professionalism was profound and the owner, Darren has a great deal of knowledge and insight into the car's problems. I would highly recommend the using of TLC as they are forensic technically as well as morally in their approach and getting your vehicle back to you in good time and at the best cost. I actually had a full engine change which of course requires full attention and the car has never ran so smoothly, it's as if it's brand new. Whilst car was in for repair I was provided a courtesy car which was very handy indeed. Also note, a full update of events were given regularly which I find reassuring. Customer care and attention is key and TLC certainly have this weighed off.

Had my MX5 in to check over as i really wasn't sure what was wrong with it and I'm new to the area. Darren gave it the once over and went above and beyond what I asked him to check which you just don't see much these days. Left the place knowing so much more about my car than I knew when I dropped it off. I've recently since had the car back in (MK1 MX5) to have the belts replaced. Given the current COVID restrictions it was a properly professional job and I was kept up to date throughout. Will 100% be back in the future.

I have found the Little Car Clinic to be an excellent garage. They are very knowledgeable and can take on really difficult jobs. They dealt with a severe engine issue on my BMW and ended up sourcing a new engine at a very good price. Other jobs they have done on my cars have been done very well at good pricing. I trust them totally and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for basic maintenance or difficult stuff. Daz, Dan and Jake are outstanding technicians who will give you outstanding service.

I have been using The Little Car Clinic for about 7 years. I used to live in Wymondham, but now live in Halesworth. It is an hour's journey but so worth it - I can absolutely trust that Darren and his team will do a thorough job of doing the MOT and service on my car. Darren came to my house when I could not start the car and sorted out the battery. I am so relieved to have a garage that cares for me as well as my car, and will do so for as long as I can drive.
