I have just had a new electric fire fitted by this company and I am delighted with it and the service I received from the company. When I visited the show room the gentleman who served me could not have been more helpful. We told him what we needed and he went out of his way to find the perfect set up for us. The fitter was extremely competent as well as helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company for its quality of products, customer service and value for money.

Absolutely amazing to find someone so helpful in James, top bloke, made a fantastic effort to find the correct fire place and fire for us at an excellent price. The two workmen who installed it was quick clean and efficient. I would recommend anyone to go there first. Really pleased with walking into the shop by chance after checking out other places first. James was fantastic when we went into the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I asked so many question and he answered them all. When I wanted to see a fire in another surrounding he did his best to show me what it would look like. First class service. Thank you. James is a lovely guy. Really helpful. No hard sales, leaves you to look around and make your own choice. Fire came earlier than expected... which was good for us. The guys who fitted it were great. Prices are reasonable too. Would certainly buy from here again.
