Went to the reception to clarify a few things and to get an understanding of how to book appointments etc. Sukhvinder was the lady who helped me to understand the process and made is so simple. The lady was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I strongly believe in the first impression counts and this certainly was a cordial welcome.

I spoke to a staff today. I had been trying to get through for a week now. Shirin took the call, such an amazing staff. Very polite and exceptional communication skills. She made me feel as if there is nothing to worry about. Everything seemed so calm after talking to her. Sometimes, we need staff members like Shirin, who uplift your burden and make your day wonderful just by listening and pointing you to the right direction.
