Came to pick up a sample test recommended from the doctor for my nan. Was greeted very rudely by the girl at the front. Very rude!! One star. If I had gotten her name I would report her. I told her there’s no need to be rude.

In breast awareness month I wanted to share my experience at Mansell Road Practice. I was concerned about a small lump I had found. Due to Covid I had to fill in an online form giving details about what I had found and what I wanted to happen.(a GP to look at the lump and advise) Less than 3 hours later a Dr called and invited me to the practice where I was examined and told that there was nothing to worry about. I had put off going to the GP for several weeks after finding the lump but the GP was not judgemental...Please don't hesitate if you find a lump.
