Charles was great! The insurance co initially gave us a low offer. After discussing it with Charles he advised he felt my case was worth more and gave me an estimate of what he thought it was worth. We decided not to settle and move forward with a trial. Before trial the insurance company came back with a number that was 3X the original offer and was within the range Charles gave me. Charles always took my calls and when he couldn’t he always called back the same day! Even though I wasn’t his only client, I sure felt like I was! I hope I’m never in a position of needing them again but if I am, I will definitely only call The McCraw Law Group!
