I come to mega play quite often with my 7yr old and my friends the kids love it!!! The only problem I have is that when I have ordered a jacket potato with beans you get hardly any! Would be nice if this problem could be resolved. Thanks

Great place for a covid test , all laid out very well, organised in a great system. Highly recommended if you can get there to have a covid flow test.

I went once or twice due as I was keen to try Table Tennis there. They facility is nice and they have a lot of table tennis tables to play on. However what put me off from coming back was a guy who was a regular rudely yelled at me when I was thanking the person who kindly showed me the basics after they took over the table after we finished with it. He said was a distracting him when I wasn't. Not the most welcoming to newbies.

Went for a birthday party at the laser tag. The organisation for birthday party is not the best, I think they should review the time the kids spend eating and playing time and ask the girls who take care of the party to be a bite more smilly and stop chewing on her gum . We spend 30mins in the party room without any music... I went to the soft play downstairs for some food and unfortunately they stop serving food at 3 pm and the play area was no very clean. I know is a kids place but the people working there didn't make me feel kids friendly.
