This law firm is unprofessional and gives false hope. I had a consultation with the lawyer paid the fee and everything. He agreed to take my case. I’ve been calling the firm for over a week and have heard nothing. Called back for more information and the receptionist hangs up on me, and doesn’t call me back. I had to call back just for her to tell me there’s nothing that could be done. She could have said that a week ago instead of saying I’ll call you back with an update. The communication here is horrible. This is not how you treat people who are in need and dealing with immigration has been stressful for my family.
