I had countless loose ends to wrap up when my brother died. Lots of phone tag and chasing my tail. Lots of people giving me their condolences and then providing absolutely no help whatsoever. Lots of frustration and tears. Happily, my experience with The Miller Insurance Agency was the complete opposite. Gretchen actually LISTENED. She offered her sincere condolences. Then she took care of my insurance needs with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Now Gretchen is taking care of my parents' insurance needs. I have tremendous peace of mind knowing they're getting the same level of care and service. So grateful!
