I was refered to The Mud Hole by Toyota and Rough Country. Joe and the rest of the guys at the shop are very well knowledged. They will go out of their way to show and explain problems and fix things properly. I will definetly return and will refer this business to anyone i can. They fixed my problem and explained things i need to look out for in the future. I wish there was a shop of this caliber that i knew of back home in west texas. They deserve more than a 5 star rating!

I was referred to the Mud Hole by a friend. I was looking for a bed cover for my 2019 F-250 King Ranch, as well as installing 2-Rough Country light bars for the grille. Craig, the owner, could not have been nicer, even though he was very busy, Craig and Keith made time for me and worked my truck in for the service. Craig's techs did an outstanding job, the bed cover looks great, and the light bars look like they came from the Ford factory, they was even able to hook up the wiring to one of my upfitter switches so that I can turn the light bars on or off manually if I wish. Craig is now looking for some fender flares for me, that's our next project. I highly recommend the Mud Hole... Great People to Deal With at a Low Cost!!

I've talked to Craig before about having a truck lifted, but I didn't end up going through with it. I want to respond to the guy complaining about needing an alignment. When I spoke to Craig, sometime in 2013 or 2014, he told me, very clearly, that they DO NOT perform alignments once the suspension is installed and that I should go straight to an alignment shop after picking my truck up. If you didn't know you would need to go get an alignment, it's your own fault. Don't be discouraged by this guy's review, he probably didn't pay attention.
