Just had 2 great meals at Muskham Ferry pub and highly recommend a visit. The pub serves real ale's too. I should have taken pictures of the food, but the floodwater of the Trent was too big to ignore. Great place to visit on a sunny day and sit outside.

Having visited here for dinner on many occasions when camping in Newark We were really disappointed on this visit The room where we ate was like sitting in a storage room , tables piled in corners. We have sat in this room to eat before and it was fine , felt really uncomfortable They could have made it more appealing while trying to deal with social distancing We order a roast dinner for 4 adults and 1 child Well the pork was not sliced it was shredded The beef was ok But frozen potatoes and mushy bits of veg Extremely disappointing Such a shame as we have always enjoyed our experience

Our favourite stop on the A1. Exactly halfway between London and Whitby. Food basic pub and basic pub grub (hence four not five stars...would have given four and a half if that was an option)...but location just lovely. So tranquil on the river...

Little gem just off the A1. Good choice if beer and very generous portions of food. Best if all, walk ins are allowed during the pandemic.
