Ordered food in just eat at 6.30 and was estimated delivery time of 8.05, called at 8.30 to be told delivery would be 20 minutes. I called again at 9.20 and spoke to the manager (whilst the original lady was shouting in the background that she couldn’t cope with all the complaints and was going to walk out in a minute and that I was rude as I’d pointed out they’d cancelled our neighbours order thinking it was another one from us). I was eventually given a 5.80 discount and told the food would be 10 minutes, it finally arrived at 9.40, it was barely warm when it arrived. I’m giving one star as there isn’t an option for none.
