I communicated with Antonia for a while before visiting the shop to choose 'our' olive tree as the tree was a gift for my partners birthday. Antonia always answered my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. When we visited to choose our tree, we were amazed by the choice on offer from small trees to ancient ones. On delivery of our tree, Paul was helpful and took all the strain out of placing our tree exactly where we wanted it. The following day we noticed an issue with the tree, which after contacting Antonia, was rectified with good customer service and genuine approach. We intend to purchase another more substantial tree from them next year and can’t wait.

I knew we wanted an Olive Cloud Tree for our new garden and I researched a number of different sites. The service and attention to detail provided by Antonia was fantastic. I was concerned about buying over the internet but not for long. The tree was delivered in excellent condition and the after sales care has been very much appreciated. I was researching online businesses that sold cloud / pom pom olive trees, and as a business owner in Norfolk, I was so pleased to find a local company selling these products. Fantastic service from Antonia and her partner. Great communication throughout the process (we live rurally with little mobile phone signal and Antonia used What's App at our request to finalise all the details) , the trees were delivered, and we absolutely love them.
