My Parents have been at The Oaks for almost 3 years. From our very first contact, we have been nothing short of amazed by and thankful for the great staff, communication, and ongoing support that we have received from Louis, Karyl, Pam, Nicole, Meghan, and every other staff member we have come in contact with. The care my parents have experienced has provided peace of mind for me and my siblings, as we know that our Parents are well cared for and attended to as their needs require. I'll never forget the care and love the staff showed when my Mom passed away eight months ago...we all grieved together and they took extra care of my Dad who has dementia. The love and compassion they showed (and still show!) is nothing short of amazing. It is exactly what we all want to have surrounding us as we experience the really hard part of getting old. We actually feel like are all are part of the same extended family. The activities, food, and social aspects are all great and, these days, keeps Dad well occupied and content.

The kindest and most caring management staff. Work 24/7 for the well being of their residents. They personally know the uniqueness of every resident and communicate extremely well with families. Very appropriate activities which are create and maintain engagement in both memory care and assisted living.
My Dad has been at the Oaks for five months and has enjoyed his time there immensely. From our initial contact with Karyl and her assistance in getting Dad settled, to the ongoing contacts with Louis, Nicole, Pam, and Meghan, we couldn’t be more satisfied. They have put together a quality staff who truly care about the residents. The staff take time to sit and listen to residents, which means the world to my Dad and our family. We feel that we are part of a large family. There are numerous and wide ranging activities to keep the residents occupied. My Dad has become best friends with his three table mates and looks forward to seeing them at meals and activities. It’s the perfect place for Dad!
Great Job by The Oaks Staff and the seniors that live there for a Halloween event tonight. I live across the street and brought some kids over to see what was going on with all the people and cars parked out front of my house. Not sure who had more fun the kids or the seniors that live there. You could see the sparkle in their eyes on all those elderly people to see hundreds of kids walking around in so many different costumes looking to get some candy. What a great thing you guys put together, you should have been doing this every year already. This was my first time in your facility, very nice, very clean and very organized. Nice job.
Louis Salerno has been the executive Director at this facility since February, 2019 .He is well liked by everyone. The Staff is very competent well mannered and caring. He is quick to jump into action to solve any issues that come up. He has an open door policy and everyone is able to go in his office express any concern that they my have. I am happy to call the oaks my home.
