When visiting a dear friend yesterday evening I came across some staff gossiping about one staff person... It is one of my biggest pet peeves. They were so mean about this person I just listened for a minute.. I kept hearing the radio going off and this group just ignored it, they were so involved with bashing this person. Made me sick. When I asked my friend about it she said it was the norm... she has waited up to an hour to get someone to answer a call. This is unacceptable!!!! I will be getting information on wellness checks. As far as I’m concerned it is elder abuse period.

It would be a disservice if I didn't mention the support they provide to the community as well. They are always willing to go the extra mile for everyone. The Oaks at Lebanon is a wonderful loving environment. I have attended many events at The Oaks, and interacted with some of the residents and it ia a wonderful place. I would highly recommend it!
