The Inn and Death Valley is situated in Death Valley National Park. It is clearly a splurge to stay there but we thought it was worth it. View from room was wonderful. Small but nicely appointed room. Excellent lighting and outlet placement. Shared balcony with nice view. Real water glasses and coffee mugs. Lovely grounds. Pool. Dinning available as to go. Breakfast not included. Nice staff. Clean. Internet could be improved. Cell reception poor. Due to COVID restrictions the hotel and bar only serve on the patio in disposable containers. Considering the price of the meals, it may not be worth the price for a sub-par experience. Fortunately, we brought our own food and enjoyed dinner and breakfast on our balcony. Note: the gift shop and other amenities are a short distance away at the Ranch at Death Valley.

We had such an incredible weekend here! The setting was breathtaking...peaceful, serene. The weather was perfect! I’m absolutely obsessed with the huge trees on the property. I found myself constantly soaking in my surroundings during our 18 holes of golf at the nearby course. We stayed at the “Ranches”, loved the setting! The beds were fairly comfortable while the small, private decks were one of my favorite parts of the rooms. We didn’t get time to make good use of the pool but am very much looking forward to coming again in the near future!

We stayed at The Inn. The resort grounds were beautiful. The pool staff were horrible, they looked like they hate their job. No inside dining yet. We ordered a 150 room service meal and it was served in a cardboard box!! I did not see any convenience/souvenir store at the Inn. There was a really nice one at The Ranch. I would not stay at the Inn again. But I would try The Ranch.

We had an excellent stay at The Ranch at Death Valley! Such an amazing place to stay in the middle of this surprisingly beautiful National Park, with great charm and the vibe of an old Western town but with all the modern amenities. The pool was a great temperature and is spring-fed, that's pretty awesome! The room was pretty standard, but you're going to be out and about exploring so it doesn't matter... it has everything you need - clean bed, shower, bathroom, etc. The small patios and rocking chairs for sitting are a great touch as well! The property itself has some really great places to eat, grab complimentary coffee in the morning, etc. and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay here!

One of only a couple hotels inside the NP, the Ranch is a beautiful setting. The rooms (at least in the 600 building) are dated, and could definitely use some extras, like a luggage rack, but the comfortable beds, and lovely rocking chairs on the patio make up for it. The only reason for not full five stars is the check in process, which was extremely inefficient and had a dozen or more people standing in line for way longer than necessary. Otherwise, it’s a charming, friendly, lovely place. And the open air Borax museum is great!

I stayed at The Ranch, not the Oasis which is a big difference. The Ranch is basically a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices. They are able to do this because they know they have a monopoly as they are the only hotels in Death Valley. Other than that, it was pretty great!

This is definitely an Oasis. You feel like your in another place. Its so beautiful and relaxing. Its more of an adult get away then for kids. But the ranch is definetly more kid friendly. We stayed at both places and they both have a ton to offer.

The views were great. Nothing wrong with the views. The problem is when you have to pay on average 35 Per person for food. The food wasn't even that good. Not only that, but there's no challenge for better pricing. Moreover, the hotels cost more than most do for their rating, and they aren't good. Cracks, a musty stench, and moist tiles awaited me in my hotel. I would not recommend staying in Death Valley. The two hour commute to Las Vegas is worth the amount you'll be forced to spend here.,
