Always brilliant! The staff here are great and always like to have a laugh with you. We like the old ale House because we get to try out new rums. New covid rules has made it a little harder to select as you can't approach the bar, however we have found that the staff seem to know a lot about them and can advise.

Random Precision

Everything you could want from an olde worlde pub. Real ale by the barrowfull, monkey nuts on the tables (and floor!) no good on offer but you're allowed to bring your own ️

Nothing special. 5.40 for an ordinary pint of lager is a bit steep for a Truro pub. Fulfilled a need whilst the wife was shopping but would not rush back.

Great place for a drink, and a massive barrel of free peanuts for you to eat. Great character and a really good selection of beers.
